Prove that $\gcd(M, N)\times \mbox{lcm}(M, N) = M \times N$.
Prove that $\gcd(M, N)\times \mbox{lcm}(M, N) = M \times N$.
I'm not sure how to go about this proof. I just need help getting started.
Is there a way to prove it algebraically?
