How to get file path from iOS device these are in pdf,text file or image
files

I want send the file path to server(wcf server),How to get file path from
device i.e, either memory card or else phone memory or else sandbox.These
files should be text files,images or pdf format.Its need to like a browse
functionality in windows. Please any one guide me to approach.
